Yes, we provide comprehensive support and maintenance services including fixing runtime bugs, scaling infrastructure to meet traffic demands, and continuous monitoring of the performance of machine learning models to pre-emptively detect any distribution drift.
We normally deliver ML models as API endpoints. These API endpoints can be integrated with other applications on your end, including websites and mobile apps. At the start of a project we provide mock APIs that have similar input and output response formats as the final APIs. This allows you to work on the integration part on your end in parallel to while we build out the ML models.
For most projects, we use deep learning, which is a subfield of machine learning. Deep learning models have normally required very large datasets for training. However, recently because of foundational models such as GPT, Llama and stable diffusion, we are able to build AI solutions for a large variety of applications with very little or no data. Furthermore, there has been a lot of research in designing techniques like few-shot learning to train deep learning models efficiently with very little data. These techniques have also proved very effective for a number of applications like image classification and object detection. This depends on the application and the AI solution we want to host. Some smaller AI models such as for object detection and text classification can be hosted on normal CPU-based servers or even edge-devices like mobiles and tablets. Others like large language models such as Mistral and Llama require powerful GPUs. Normally, we recommend deploying machine learning models on serverless infrastructure. In serverless computing, you only pay for the time you actually use the server. So let's say that you deploy an AI solution on serverless compute and only use it for 2 hours each day. Then you would only be billed for 2 hours. There are several serverless providers. We recommend RunPod, AWS or GCP.
The short answer is, no. In AI and machine learning it is virtually impossible to achieve 100% accuracy. The accuracy mostly depends on the amount of data do you have. The more data you have, the higher the accuracy usually is. However, for almost all AI models that we build, we are able to achieve a comparable, if not much higher, accuracy rate than a human agent, with the added advantage that the AI is able to complete the task in near real-time.
We build AI models that can completely be deployed locally without any reliance on third-party solutions. This means that your data will never ever leave your own servers. We also sign Non-Disclosure Agreements with all of our clients, meaning that we will not use your data for anything other than training your AI model on it.
