Job Description

The IT Officer will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services
• Providing technical support to employees and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Ensuring data security, backups, and system integrity
• Coordinating with external vendors for IT procurement, upgrades, and maintenance
• Monitoring system performance and implementing necessary upgrades
• Assisting in the deployment of software and ensuring smooth integration across IT systems

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and cloud services
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with IT support, troubleshooting, and hardware/software maintenance
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Ability to manage IT infrastructure and implement necessary upgrades
